Homes and small offices with only one phone line need no longer miss calls
that come in while they are on the Internet. The Internet Alert from
Complementary Technologies of Bolton, Lancashire, plugs in between the phone
socket and your modem. When someone is trying to call you it flashes and beeps.
Picking up the phone disconnects the modem from the Internet, allowing you to
pick up the new call.
