30 satellite channels with crystal-clear digital quality. Toyota, Toshiba and
Japan Satellite Systems have developed a satellite receiver that can fit inside
the seat of a car. The antenna is about the size of a ballpoint pen. The
consortium hopes to launch a broadcast satellite in 2000 and begin broadcasting
shortly afterwards.
