Charles Darwin thought the process of domestication was 鈥渋nsensibly slow鈥. Hard-to-tame species backed that perception, but it will change once we find domestication鈥檚 genetic basis (see 鈥淭he secret to taming animals鈥). So what should MacDonald farm next? Tame African buffalo, perhaps? Or has domestication gone far enough?
