None of the 3.5 million satellite dishes in Britain can receive digital
broadcasts. Sky is due to begin digital television broadcasts next year but
digital dishes will not be available until shortly before the launch. About
25 000 analogue dishes are sold each month. Sam Chisholm, Sky鈥檚 chief executive,
says only that viewers who want to upgrade these dishes will have 鈥渁 number of
辞辫迟颈辞苍蝉鈥.
